औरंगाबाद (राजेन्द्र अग्रवाल) : विद्युत विभाग के अधिकारियों कर्मचारियों ने बुधवार की भोर में कस्बे के अजीजाबाद मौहल्ले में पुलिस बल को साथ लेकर विद्मुत चोरों की तलाश में छापामार कार्रवाई शुरू की। टीम का नेतृत्व उप खंड अधिकारी कुलदीप कुमार और जूनियर इंजीनियर पप्पू सिंह कर रहे थे।
गोपनीयता की नीति के तहत बालका से विद्युत कर्मचारियों को टीम में शामिल किया गया था। विद्युत अधिकारियों ने मौहल्ला अजीजाबाद में अनेक स्थानों पर विडियो बनाई तथा विद्युत चोरी रंगे हाथों मौके पर पकड़ी। विद्युत विभाग की छापामार कार्रवाई की भनक लगते ही विद्मुत चोरी में लिप्त लोगों में खलबली मच गई। आनन फानन में लोगों ने अपने कटिया कनेक्शन हटाकर राहत की सांस ली।
जूनियर इंजीनियर पप्पू सिंह ने बताया कि छापामार कार्रवाई उच्चाधिकारियों के निर्देशों के अनुपालन में की गई है। कस्बे के प्रत्येक मौहल्ले की जांच पड़ताल की जायेगी। विद्युत चोरी संज्ञेय अपराध है। विद्युत चोरी में लिप्त पाए गए लगभग एक दर्जन लोगों के खिलाफ विभागीय नियमानुसार कठोर कार्रवाई होगी। उन्होंने तमाम कस्बा वासियों से विद्युत चोरी नहीं करने की अपील करते हुए कहा कि विद्मुत चोरी पाये जाने पर किसी को भी बख्शा नहीं जाएगा। कठोर कार्रवाई होगी।
