शिकारपुर : तहसील क्षेत्र में किसानों को पराली ना जलाने की अपील कर रहे है शिकारपुर एसडीएम उसके बाबजूद भी कुछ किसान रात के अंधेरे में तो कुछ किसान चोरी-छिपे पराली जला रहें है किसानों ने अब-तक पराली का समाधान न होने का आरोप लगाया शिकारपुर उपजिलाधिकारी विमल किशोर गुप्ता, किसी ना किसी कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से किसानों से खेतों में पराली न जलाने का आह्वान कर रहे है उपजिलाधिकारी का कहना था कि अब किसानों को पराली जलाने की आवश्यकता नहीं है पराली को जलाएं नहीं गोशाला, आदि जगहों पर भिजवाने का काम करें लेकिन तहसील में एसडीएम के इस आदेशों को भी हवा में उड़ते देखा गया तहसील के एक गांव में पराली जला रहे किसान का कहना था कि उसने ग्राम प्रधान से कई बार कहा कि उसके खेत से पराली को कटवा कर गोशाला भिजवा दें ताकि वह फसल लगा सकें लेकिन प्रधान से लेकर ब्लांक तक किसी भी अधिकारी ने उसकी एक न सुनी मजबूरन उसे पराली को खुद कटवाना पड़ा और पराली को खेत में एकत्रित करके आग लगानी पड़ी किसान का आरोप था कि कई बार मिन्नतों के बावजूद उसकी पराली का समाधान नहीं किया गया लेखपाल भी कई दिनों से टालमटोल करता रहा ऐसे में किसान का क्या कसूर है और वह पराली को कहां लेकर जाए वहीं क्षेत्र में ऐसे दर्जनों मामले है लेकिन हल्का लेखपाल से लेकर ब्लांक व तहसील स्तर के अधिकारी मामले पर संज्ञान लेनें के लिए तैयार नहीं है कुल मिला कर तहसील प्रशासन के सख्त आदेशों को किसान व तहसील के अधिकारी और कर्मचारी हवा में उड़ाते नजर आ रहें है इस पर एसडीएम विमल किशोर गुप्ता, का कहना है कि पराली जलाने वालों को चिन्हित किया जा रहा है बहुत जल्द पराली जलाने वालों पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी और अब से पूर्व में पराली जलाने की सूचना मिली है तो पराली जलाने वाले किसानों पर कार्रवाई की गई है और आगे भी कार्यवाही जारी रहेंगी ।
