बुलंदशहर : मंलवार को जिला अस्पताल विश्व मानसिक स्वास्थ्य दिवस के अवसर पर राष्ट्रीय मानसिक स्वास्थ्य कार्यक्रम के तहत शिविर आयोजित किया गया। आयोजित शिविर में 115 मरीजों की दवा व उपचार के साथ काउंसिलिंग भी की गई। इस दौरान मानसिक मरीजों को फल वितरित किए गए। शिविर में मरीजों के साथ आए परिजनों को मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के प्रति जागरूक किया।
जिला अस्पताल में आयोजित मानसिक स्वास्थ्य शिविर का शुभारंभ कल्याण सिंह राजकीय मेडिकल कालेज प्राचार्य डा. मनीषा जिंदल और मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डा. विनय कुमार सिंह, डा राजीव कुमार, डा. राजेंद्र कुमार ने संयुक्त रूप से किया। आयोजित शिविर में चिकित्सक की मद्द से मरीजों को मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के प्रति जागरूक किया।
मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ विनय कुमार सिंह ने बताया कि विश्व मानसिक स्वास्थ्य दिवस के तहत मानसिक स्वास्थ्य जागरूक सप्ताह का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि 10 से 16 अक्टूबर तक जिला स्तर पर विभिन्न गतिविधि व मानसिक शिविर आयोजित कर लोगों को जागरूक किया जाएगा। जिला अस्पताल में आयोजित शिविर में 115 मानसिक रोगियों का दवा व उपचार कर मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के बारे में जागरूक किया। जनपद के जिला अस्पताल में बुधवार एवं शुक्रवार को मानसिक रोगियों की काउंसलिंग कर उपचार दिया जाता है।
मानसिक रोग विशेषज्ञ डा. डा. परवेज आलम ने बताया कि नींद न आना, चिंता रहना, मायूसी, चिड़चिड़ापन,ज्यादा सोच विचार, आत्महत्या के विचार आना, नशे की लत, एक ही विचार का बार बार आना आदि मानसिक रोग के लक्षण हैं। उन्होंने कहा मानसिक रोग से बचाव के लिए नियमित व्यायाम, उचित खाना पान, पर्याप्त नींद, मनोरंजन आदि के माध्य्म से कहीं हद तक बचा जा सकता है।
