बुलंदशहर : आज दिनांक 9/10/2023 को 11 बजे ज़िला कांग्रेस कार्यालय बुलन्दशहर पर स्व० काशीराम जी की फ़ोटो पर पुष्प अर्पित करे तथा एक विचार गोष्ठी का आयोजन करा जिस कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता जिला प्रभारी प्रदेश सचिव डा० सुहैब ने करी कार्यक्रम मे जिलाध्यक्ष ठा० राकेश भाटी ने बताया कि राजनीतिज्ञ कांशीराम ने समाज के दलित और पिछड़े वर्ग के लिए एक ऐसी जमीन तैयार की, जहां पर वे अपनी बात कह सकें और अपने हक के लिए लड़ सकें।
आजीवन अविवाहित रहे कांशीराम ने पूरा जीवन पिछड़े वर्ग के लोगों की उन्नति के लिए और उन्हें एक मजबूत और संगठित आवाज देने के लिए समर्पित कर दिया। अछूतों और दलितों के उत्थान के लिए उन्होंने जीवनभर कार्य किया और बहुजन समाजवादी पार्टी जैसी राजनीतिक पार्टी की स्थापना की। शहर अध्यक्ष प्रशान्त बाल्मीकि ने बताया कि : 1965 में कांशीराम ने डॉ. अम्बेडकर के जन्मदिन पर सार्वजनिक अवकाश रद्द करने के विरोध में संघर्ष किया।
इसके बाद उन्होंने पीड़ितों और शोषितों के हक के लिए लड़ाई लड़ने का संकल्प ले लिया। उन्होंने संपूर्ण जातिवादी प्रथा और डॉ. बीआर अम्बेडकर के कार्यों का गहन अध्ययन किया और दलितों के उद्धार के लिए बहुत प्रयास किए। 1971 में उन्होंने अपनी नौकरी छोड़ दी और अपने एक सहकर्मी के साथ मिलकर अनुसूचित जाति-जनजाति, अन्य पिछड़ी जाति और अल्पसंख्यक कर्मचारी कल्याण संस्था की स्थापना की।
1958: पूना में रक्षा उत्पादन विभाग में सहायक वैज्ञानिक के पद पर नियुक्ति थे । 1971: नौकरी छोड़ कर अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, अन्य पिछड़ी जाति और अल्पसंख्यक कर्मचारी कल्याण संस्था की स्थापना की 1973: बामसेफ की स्थापना
1976: दिल्ली में बामसेफ के पहले कार्यरत कार्यालय की स्थापना 1981: दलित शोषित समाज संघर्ष समित्ति की स्थापना 1984: बहुजन समाज पार्टी की स्थापना की और 2006: 9 अक्टूबर को दिल का दौरा पड़ने से उनकी मृत्यु हो गई थी एंव उ० प्रदेश कांग्रेस के आवाहन पर माननीय अजय राय प्रदेश अध्यक्ष कोंग्रेस के निर्देश पर ज़िलाधिकारी कार्यालय पर एस० डी० एम० सदर को एक ज्ञापन दिया ।
ज्ञापन में 2015 में मोजूदा सरकार ने सन 2015 में उत्तर प्रदेश के कोंग्रेस कमेटी के अध्यक्ष माननीय अजय राय व अन्य 82 व्यक्तियों पर मुक़दमा दर्ज कर दिया था जिसमें माननीय अध्यक्ष अजय राय को छोड़कर अन्य सभी के मुक़दमे माफ़ कर दिए गये थे जिसके विरोध में समस्त उत्तर प्रदेश कोंग्रेस के लोग ज़िलाधिकारी के माध्यम से महामहिम राष्ट्रपति जी के नाम ज्ञापन सोंपा ।
इस मौके पर जिलाधयक्ष ठा० राकेश भाटी एंव शहर अध्यक्ष प्रशान्त बाल्मीकि पूर्व जिलाधयक्ष टूककी मल खटिक , जिया उर रहमान , अनील शर्मा , दानिश क़ुरैशी , राजेन्द्र बराल ,कदीर खान , सादिक सैफी , रूपवन गोस्वामी , राजेन्द्र सागर , नरेन्द्र चौधरी , हर्षवर्धन वाल्मीकि , आस मौहमद क़ुरैशी , ललित शर्मा , दिनेश वर्मा एड० , विमलेश वाल्मीकि , मनिष चतुर्वेदी , डा० सूजात अली , हाजी मुन्तज़िर , राम किसन जाटव आदि लोग मौजूद रहे ।
